Competence measurement of production enterprises in product innovations for technological and marketing strategies

Aim/purpose – This paper attempts to arrange and present the methods of measuring competences production enterprises in field product innovations. Design/methodology/approach The method used this is a literature review, area new development management. author assumes that r e- view conceptual nature research dominant. Findings obtained results indicate importance measurement innovation competencies provide various metrics field. proposes indicators measure area, i.e., intensity competition on products market. Research implications/limitations basis for improving efforts limitations study include complex character considered theoretical constructs. Sets measures must be adapted information needs specific enterprise. Originality/value/contribution values these reflect directions industrial enterprises’ conduct process developing technolo- gies. Moreover, show strength linking technology with effec- tiveness development, consequently enterprise marketing, economic financial efficiency. contribution management sciences primarily includes formulation set whose level determines companies.
